Guest Services – Host/Hostess
Reports to Team Lead, Hourly Non-Tipped Position
General hosting duties and coordinates activities of Guests. HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in food service required. Min. two yrs experience.

Server – Birthday Party Host/Hostess
Reports to Team Lead, Hourly Tipped Position
General serving duties. Also assists private parties for adults and children. HS Diploma and min. two yrs experience or equivalent. Must have current Summit County, Utah Food Handler’s Permit.

Cocktail Server
Hourly Tipped Position
General serving duties in accordance w/ DABC regulations. HS Diploma and min. two yrs experience or equivalent. TIPS or LEAD cert. and ServSafe, Utah Food Handler’s Permit is desired.

Cook
Reports to Executive Chef, Hourly Non-Tipped Position
Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short prep time. HS Diploma and two yrs related experience or equivalent. Must have current ServSafe, Utah Food Handler’s Permit.

Bartender
Reports to Lead Bartender, Hourly Tipped Position
General bartending duties in accordance w/ DABC regulations. HS Diploma and min. three yrs experience or equivalent. Must have current Summit County, Utah Food Handler’s Permit.

Busser/Bar-Back
Reports to Shift Leader/Lead Bartender, Hourly Non-Tipped Position
General Bussing duties. Restock stations, clean tables and assists back of house. HS Diploma and two yrs Culinary education and/or on the job training.
